A Romance On The Brink Of Reality

Happy, happy, happiest of birthdays to my little sweet peanut..

Last Sunday, we ventured over to Como Zoo for some free family fun. Addie was excited and had her pointer finger ready for the big day.

Relaxing in her stroller, decked out in a new sunhat. Does this come in my size?

Clearly Adilene had too much to look at to be bothered by looking into a camera. ; )

Adilene loved the flowers. “Pretty Addie, Pretty! Gentle, Addie..”

What, am I supposed to be looking in the water? This lady’s fashion statement is much more interesting..

Addie loved learning about the bears. I think it was because they looked like her “duh-g duh-g” (doggies ; )

Addie enjoyed waiting in line to see fishies, too. I think she thought some of the people there were part of the zoo…Is Addie going to love people-watching, too?

The polar bears were popular, too. Addie laughed and smiled as they shook and scratched. I think she thought it was Murphy in there swimming around.

We’ve been waiting for her two upper teeth to pop through; Addie has been teething pretty bad. So as we wait for those, we can enjoy her bottom bunny foo foo teef ; )

And here we see a “tired Addie”….or, un-amused Addie?

Addie wasn’t having any of the gorilla action. Maybe next time!

Addie is now 7.5 months old..and busy babbling, making raspberries, enjoying finger foods (current fave: pork loin slices!) sitting, rolling, (but no crawling yet) holding on when being held, reaching to be picked up, smiling, laughing, and loving her doggies.
